Otis "Douda" Perry was initially a recurring character on the Showtime original coming-of-age drama The Chi. He has since been promoted to a series regular for the fourth season onward. He is portrayed by Curtiss Cook.
A successful businessman and mayoral candidate by day, and leader of 63rd Street Mob by night, Douda is a dangerous adversary who will stop at nothing to further his agenda.
